DDA as a challenge for the modern business environment

The Disability Discrimination Act also known more popularly as the DDA has been a significant challenge for companies. It aims to allow the disabled to better integrate themselves into the active workforce to be able to get the same opportunities that those without the disabilities are seemingly solely entitled to. To accomplish this, companies will have to learn to adapt and make changes to make themselves more disabled friendly. Of course, for existing businesses this poses as a challenge specially since they will have to rethink their procedures and protocols as well as the basic infrastructure that are in existence.
To be able to accomplish this, they hire the service of Occupational Therapy companies such as Inclusion to be able to make the implementation of these changes seamless and without disruption to the over all productivity of the company. Programs such as Vocational Rehabilitation make this possible, and so making the transformation painless and easy. And so as a challenge, there is really not much fuss about it with the help of companies like Inclusion.
